Comfort foods can be anything that makes us feel better after we eat it and gives us a feeling of security and is many times dependant on where you grew up or where you are from . Many lot of people think of comfort foods as foods their mother or grandmother cooked when they were young. These foods, or even just the smell of these foods, give a feeling of security or nostalgia.
